On 18th April 2024, the winning consortium of PC&P and AICO was officially announced at the West Bank AI Tower, marking the launch of the West Bank Digital Intelligence Hub (formerly "AVANT"). Selected from a competitive shortlist including KPF, Lead8, Nikken, and Benoy, their concept “West Bank Reimagined: Where Innovation Flourishes,” reconceptualizing urban complexes as innovation-driven communities.

Positioned as Shanghai’s next-gen AI and digital economy hub, the project will collaborate with the adjacent West Bank Digital Valley and Media Port to form a strategic innovation corridor along the Xuhui waterfront. The project aims to transform the Xuhui waterfront into a global benchmark for tech-integrated urban development.
