Peizhu holds academic backgrounds from Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She started her career in architectural electrical design before moving into organizational and people management. At AICO Shenzhen Office, she oversees human resources and supports day-to-day business operations and internal development initiatives. With a combination of technical expertise and management experience, Peizhu plays a key role in strengthening organizational capability and supporting sustainable team growth.
