Jin Mao West Coast Technology Park is located on the west coast of Qingdao. It is part of the technology new town project that developed along with the new high speed railway station. The project includes a 5000 square meter Visitor Center and two office buildings. The Center is positioned as the city living room, taking "green, health and intelligence" as its design concept. It includes a Sinochem Science and Technology Exhibition Hall, a city planning exhibition hall, co-working space, meeting facilities, a cafe and show apartments. It will become a signature building in the district. The visitor center is expected to be completed and opened in May next year.
